1. Before operation, check whether the handles of each part of the milling machine are normal, add lubricating oil according to the regulations, and run at low speed for 1 to 2 minutes before operation.

      2. Wear work clothes before work. Female workers must wear work caps. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves during operation.

      3. The clamping workpiece must be stable. Loading and unloading, tool setting, measurement, speed change, spindle tightening, and cleaning of the machine tool must be carried out after the machine tool is stopped.

      4. It is forbidden to place measuring tools, workpieces and other sundries on the workbench.

      5. When driving, check whether the mutual position of the workpiece and the milling cutter is proper.

      6. When the milling machine automatically moves the tool, the handle and the thread must be disconnected; the workbench cannot reach the two extreme positions, and the limit block should be firmly installed.

      7. When the milling machine is running, it is forbidden to clean the machine with bare hands or with cotton yarn. People can not stand in the tangential direction of the milling cutter, let alone blow chips with their mouths.

      8. Before moving the workbench and the lifting platform, the fixing screws must be loosened; when they are not moving, tighten the nuts.

      9. Toolholders, tie rods, chucks and tools must be installed and tightened before starting up, and the spindle must not be used to assist in loading and unloading.

      10. After training, turn off the power, clean the machine, place the handle in the empty position, and move the workbench to the center.
