1. When installing the chuck, tighten the locking screw on the spindle to avoid accidents caused by slipping during driving.  

2. When there is an abnormal phenomenon in the instrument lathe, it should be stopped immediately to eliminate it, or the maintenance worker should be notified for maintenance.  

3. Do not place wrenches and other objects on the sliding parts of the machine tool, and do not allow hammering work on the top of the machine tool or on the table of the machine bed.  

4. Frequently check whether the rotation of the tool post is normal, whether the positioning is accurate, and whether the fast mechanism is flexible and reliable.  

5. Remove the sundries that hinder the work on the lathe, check whether the guards, tool holders, etc. are normal and firm, whether the handles are flexible, accurate, and whether the power supply and grounding devices are in good condition. After confirming that they are correct, they can start and refuel according to the lubrication chart. Whether the oil quality and quantity are normal, and whether the oil circuit is unobstructed.  

6. The operator is allowed to operate after passing the examination and obtains the operation certificate. The operator should be familiar with the performance and structure of the machine, and abide by the safety and shift system.  

7. Do not touch the running parts of the machine arbitrarily, or brake the rotating parts of the machine by hand.
